A Hunter’s New Chapter

This weekend we had the pleasure of helping our customer Peter zero and set up the ballistics calculator on his brand new Guide TU435P 3.0 thermal scope at SSAA Eagle Park Range.

Peter is a hunter’s hunter. After facing serious health challenges that now sees him with a pacemaker and hunting from a blind rather than stalking, Peter was met with another hurdle — stepping into the world of thermal optics with no prior digital optics experience.

Having only ever used traditional glass optics, thermal was unfamiliar territory. But instead of letting that lack of experience hold him back, Peter chose to adapt.

We were there to support him every step of the way — from setting up and zeroing the scope, to even sourcing a 20 MOA scope mount to give him the extra elevation needed for his setup.

After a few evenings learning the menus and settings, Peter is now confidently running the TU435P 3.0 and making it work for his style of hunting.

A solid reminder that challenges don’t have to stop you — with the right mindset and the right support, there’s always a way forward. 💪
