Shipping is FREE on all small & medium items to customers within Australia. 

This means you get to enjoy free shipping on our entire range of small/medium products such as inflatable kayaks, premium hunting knives, optics and most compound bows.

*Freight for bulky Items such as Roof Top Tents, Hard Shell Kayaks and BBQs can vary depending on size, weight and delivery location. We work closely with our freight partners to ensure you obtain competitive freight rates on bulky products. Make sure you contact us, so we can get you the best price!

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that our electrical products will require a universal adaptor to charge correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Some of our products, such as hunting knives, may not be allowed to be shipped internationally. Please reach out to us at sales@primalhunter.com.au if you require any clarification.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any minor/major damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. 

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@primalhunter.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day. If there are any delays due to goods availability or other issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.

As we use several delivery partners/courier companies to deliver the orders, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and time.

Standard (Metro) delivery takes 1-5 business days, however, it is outside of our control if our delivery partners experiencing delays from time to time. If you haven’t receive your goods within the time frame, please contact us sales@primalhunter.com.au and reference the tracking information provided with your order confirmation.

Pick Up service is free of charge and orders can be generally picked up on the same day, reach out to us at sales@primalhunter.com.au for more information. 

WARRANTY 

If an item is faulty due to manufacturing faults, we will accept returns and provide repairs. Exchange or refund of the item will be provided if the item is unable to be repaired.

We do not accept returns if the item has been modified or damaged due to incorrect usage.

RETURNS 

If you have changed your mind about your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

1. The items are returned within 7 days of delivery
2. You can show your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the items
3. The items have not been used or damaged in any way including that:

• They are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or
• They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition

Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.

Any items returned that don’t comply with our change of mind returns T&C are unable to be refunded.
