The rugged benchmark for all-weather brightness and clarity, Midas G2 UHD roof-prism binoculars are light and slim thanks to a magnesium chassis. With Extra-Low Dispersion Glass lenses, Advanced Fully multi-coated optics, high-quality BaK-4 prisms with our ESP Dielectric coating plus phase coating, the Midas binos gather maximum light and produce brilliant color fidelity. The waterproof, shockproof design and rubber armor are ready for anything you are. No matter the conditions, with Midas, the outlook is clear. Other design enhancements include our XPL Lenses coating that protects the exterior lenses from scratches, dust and anything else mother nature throws at you. The also feature improved twist-up eyecups and argon purging.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that our electrical products will require a universal adaptor to charge correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Some of our products, such as hunting knives, may not be allowed to be shipped internationally. Please reach out to us at sales@primalhunter.com.au if you require any clarification.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any minor/major damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. 

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@primalhunter.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

The following warranty information applies to all Athlon, Pentax, Vixen and Accura optics purchased from Primal Hunter. 

Warranty for Hardware

Primal Hunter warrants to the original end user ("Customer") that Product purchased from Primal Hunter will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for generally one (1) year, unless otherwise advised at the time of purchase, and batteries for which ninety (90) days shall apply, unless such warranty period has been extended by Primal Hunter, and provided any and all operating and maintenance instructions are strictly respected, in particular in case of extreme and/or continuous applications/use of the Product. The warranty period begins on the proved purchase date (or if applicable, date of delivery or date of acceptance report). Primal Hunter obligation under this warranty shall be, at Primal Hunter sole option and expense, to replace or repair the Product or part, or refund the purchase price paid for the Product

Warranty for Software

For "System Software" (defined as operating software and/or firmware necessary for switching on and running the Product), all provisions contained in this Warranty shall apply as for hardware. With respect to "Application Software" (defined as preinstalled or loadable on-board software and/or office or PC-based software for particular operations of the Product and/or data), the warranty provisions contained herein do not apply

Obtaining Warranty Service

Customer must contact Primal Hunter within the applicable warranty period, with dated proof of original purchase from Primal Hunter and a description of the defect will be required

Warranty Exclusive

Primal Hunter shall not be liable if the alleged defect or malfunction was caused by Customer's or any other person's misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized attempts to open, repair or modify the Product, inadequate maintenance, disregard of operating instructions, excessive load or stress, normal wear and tear, or any other cause beyond the range of its intended use, by accident, fire, or other hazards. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the Product or malfunctions resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction with any sort of ancillary or peripheral equipment

Warranty on Service and Repairs

Service and Repairs performed by any of our service departments have a 90 day warranty covering defects in materials and/or workmanship
If the repaired product is still under its original warranty, then the repair warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original warranty end date, whichever is longer
Replacement products provided as a repair option will only have a 90 day warranty

Limitation of Liability

Primal Hunter also excludes any liability, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, or costs of procurement of substitute products by customer, or for the loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information or data, or other information of financial loss arising out of or in consequence with the sale, installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure, or interruption of this product. Primal Hunter limits its liability to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price paid

Parallel and Grey Imports

Primal Hunter is an authorised Australian retailer for numerous brands including: Athlon and more. Primal Hunter acquires their supply from the sole authorised Australian distributor (C.R.Kennedy & Company Pty Ltd) of numerous brands including: Athlon and more.

Primal Hunter work with C.R.Kennedy & Company Pty Ltd who have fully authorized workshops and factory trained technicians to support products C.R.Kennedy imports from their suppliers.

Parallel and Grey Imports are described as product imported directly into a country by a company or persons other than the manufacturer's authorised distributor in that country.

Adaptors supplied by parallel /grey importers are often not electrically approved. All electrical devices sold in Australia must meet Australian specifications and be registered.
