SHIPPING 

We work with an extensive freight network to ensure you get the most competitive shipping rates on hard shell canoes and kayaks. Check this out below!

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@primalhunter.com.au

Delivery Point 

Due to limitations with our shipping partners, and to keep shipping costs affordable Iron & Fire Ships all products to the nearest Depot, once it arrives you will need to collect it from the Depot.

Redelivery and Collection 

Freight not collected from the collection point or redeliveries arranged within 7 days will be returned to our warehouse. Shipping fees will need to be paid again for redeliveries.

Limited Access Areas There are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to or are considered remote locations, which may attract an additional fee. Please refer to the provided list.

Additional Delivery Services If you require additional services such as to a residential property and do not have access to a fork lift, please email us at sales@primalhunter.com.au for a specific quote.

Transit Warranty & Damaged Freight 

All our products are shipped with transit warranty. In the event of damage during transit, please follow these steps:

• Mark the Proof of Delivery docket as DAMAGED GOODS prior to signing.
• If inspection before signing is not possible, mark as STI (Subject to Inspection) and report to Primal Hunter within 24 hours of delivery.
• Keep the goods in question for inspection if required.
• Provide evidence of damage, including photos of the goods and packaging, by emailing them to sales@primalhunter.com.au within 24 hours.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that our electrical products will require a universal adaptor to charge correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Some of our products, such as hunting knives, may not be allowed to be shipped internationally. Please reach out to us at sales@primalhunter.com.au if you require any clarification.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best products and service. If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the following policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@primalhunter.com.au with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty/damaged item, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at sales@primalhunter.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
