Vortex Diamondback HD 16-48x65 Spotting Scope

The redesigned Diamondback HD spotting scopes have all the horsepower the long-distance hunter needs, and they excel in low light - right when you need it most. We've also streamlined the exterior for a sleeker, snag-free profile, building in a helical focus wheel.

 HD Optical System Optimized with select glass elements to deliver exceptional resolution, cut chromatic aberration and provide outstanding color fidelity, edge-to-edge sharpness and light transmission. Fully Multi-Coated Increase light transmission with multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

 ArmorTek ® Ultra-hard, scratch-resistant coating protects exterior lenses from scratches, oil and dirt. Waterproof O-ring seals prevent moisture, dust and debris from penetrating for reliable performance in all environments. Shockproof Rugged construction withstands recoil and impact. Fogproof Argon gas purging prevents internal fogging over a wide range of temperatures. Rubber Armor Provides a secure, non-slip grip, and durable external protection.

CONVENIENCE FEATURES

 Adjustable Eyecups Twist up and down for comfortable viewing with or without eyeglasses. Helical Focus Allows for fast and fine adjustments. Arca-Swiss Compatible Directly mounts to Arca-Swiss tripod heads without the use of additional plates. Also accepts 1/4-20 threads for use on alternate style tripod heads. Tripod Adaptable Allowing use on a tripod or car window mount. Tripod adapter required. Rotating Tripod Ring Allows rotation of the eyepiece to a sideways position, providing adjustable viewing angles. Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that our electrical products will require a universal adaptor to charge correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Some of our products, such as hunting knives, may not be allowed to be shipped internationally. Please reach out to us at sales@primalhunter.com.au if you require any clarification.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any minor/major damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. 

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to sales@primalhunter.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.

Our warranty is about you, not us. It's about taking care of you after the sale.
The VIP stands for a Very Important Promise to you, our customers. We will repair or replace your Vortex product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you other then return post from you to us. It doesn't matter how it happened, whose fault it was, or where you purchased it. You can count on the VIP Warranty for all riflescopes, red dots, rangefinders, binoculars, spotting scopes and monoculars.

RETURNS

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@primalhunter.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

*Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s).

*Boss RT1 rooftop tent and backordered compound bows are not subject to the 30 Day Return Policy. 

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

"Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
